about working out.
Shall we do this in a fun little pros and cons list? That would be totally rad, no?
Cons first. So we can end on a good note. 
-it sucks. hardcore.
-it makes me feel even more out of shape.
-I would much rather be doing nothing.

-afterwards, I feel amazing.
-one step closer to my goal.
-every little bit helps.
-I can eat more.
-it's worth it. for my weight. for my health.
I think it's more than clear as to which side to take. 
Though exercise sucks massively, it's definitely the right thing to do.
I need to remember this. 
but I never do. so whomp whomp.
